Off-campus venues from Feb. 20, 2023:
If the epidemic situation is stable, the indoor mask requirement will be relaxed from February 20, 2023. Wearing face masks is recommended for designated venues and special circumstances; at other venues, people can decide to for themselves whether or not to wear face masks.

MCU Campuses and Locations from Mar.06, 2023:
From March 6, in accordance with National Health Command Center regulations, the relaxation of wearing face masks on campus and indoors will be implemented.
After March 6, masks should still be worn in the Campus Health Services offices, on the school busses and in kitchens.
Considering the needs of teaching, after ample communication between faculty members and students to reach a consensus, institutions may decide on measures for face mask wearing in special venues or when there are teaching-related needs.
According to their characteristics, individual labs and studios can have their own measures regarding the wearing of face masks.
Food and beverage lab courses, biochemistry lab courses, and other courses which have teaching-related needs, following ample communication between faculty members and students to obtain consensus, may decide on their own measures regarding the wearing of face masks.
If students in a class have been diagnosed with Covid and carried out 5+N home isolation and independent health management in accordance with the regulations, those who were diagnosed should wear a face mask when they return to school. The remaining classmates can decide to wear face masks on their own. It is recommended to wear a face mask if one has symptoms.
