Dear Secretaries,
Please start collecting the cards after 2:00 PM on December 14th. Due to limited quantities, each administrative and academic unit’s first and second-level supervisors are limited to receiving three cards. Kindly ensure collection by December 20th, as no extensions will be granted. Additionally, in support of energy conservation and carbon reduction, the university is promoting electronic Christmas & New Year cards, which will be simultaneously posted in the “Latest News” section on the school’s website. Teachers and staff in need may download and use them as required. Thank you.
