Dear Students,
I hope that this message finds you well during these difficult times.
I am writing to share good news on the situation concerning degree-seeking foreign students to Taiwan. According to the announcement of the ROC Taiwan government, updated on August 24th, border restrictions are lifted for degree-seeking students from all countries and from Mainland China. This is the moment we have been waiting for in light of the current COVID-19 situation.
These measures are implemented in line with the policies of the Central Epidemic Command Center and passed at the Administrative Council Meeting on June 8th.
