As Taipei City and New Taipei City have been elevated to the 3rd Level Epidemic Alert by the Central Epidemic Command Center from now through May 28, 2021, MCU is enhancing all prevention measures as described in the following regulations:
All courses will adopt remote teaching mode from May 17 to 30, 2021 for two weeks; this will be updated and revised in accordance with the government regulations and the epidemic situation. The digital teaching aids needed are to be planned and prepared by the course instructors themselves. The Academic Affairs Division will do its best to provide various flexible remote teaching tools and resources. For related instructions, please go to "MCU Information and Network Division Database—Teams Instruction Manual” at https://reurl.cc/pmOmRd.
Flexible evaluation will be implemented for graduation examinations for 4th year undergraduates; instructors will announce the relevant information on Moodle or through distance teaching courses.
MCU libraries will be closed from 12:00 pm on May 15, 2021.
Please do not eat in the on-campus restaurants, including the convenience stores. Please take meals to go.
All MCU campuses and locations will be completely sanitized, including Taipei and Taoyuan campuses, Jihe Complex and Kinmen Location.
During the 3rd Level Epidemic Alert period, please wear face mask all the time when out of your home and avoid any unnecessary movement, activity or gathering.
Please pay attention to University announcements for relevant course information during the epidemic containment period.
